Returns and refunds
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within those 14 days, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
How it works
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt via info@bleekwit.com or WhatsApp (+31 6 87592273). State your order number and which products you are sending back.
- We will email you the return address.
- Send the products back within 14 days of registering your return.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, we only take back unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
- The cost of returning the products is at your expense.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the payment method you used.
